“It was the eve of the 1980s. I was in my second year of studying at the Faculty of Agriculture at the University, and was brimming with enthusiasm in those days. Fuelled by passion for what I was doing, and by the environment that surrounded me. My land, Tavoliere, with its boundless agricultural traditions, seemed to provide me with everything I needed.It was 1979 and I decided to launch my business: Enoagrimm. Which has since become my family. My whole life.“
In 1984, after just 5 years, we were very proud to be awarded the Spiga d’Oro Petrini prize – the first of many achievements. Our number of suppliers, Capitanata famers, grew steadily, as did the numbers of our new national and international customers.
